Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Baggage must be checked in at the airport 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks close 45 minutes before departure. Passengers must report to the boarding gate 30 minutes before departure.

The airline allows passengers to take one piece of hand luggage weighing no more than 7 kg and with luggage dimensions of 45 cm x 33 cm x 20 cm. Passengers are allowed 32 kg in business class and 23 kg in economy class. Any baggage exceeding the check-in baggage allowance will be charged per kg.
