Baggage

The maximum hand baggage weight for "Basic" and "Light" fares is 10 kg. Item size may not exceed 55cm x 40cm x 20cm. For Standard fares, the weight of the bag must not exceed 5 kg or the dimensions 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm. The maximum weight of checked-in baggage for Basic and Light fares is 23 kg, the sum of height, width, and depth of the item must not exceed 203 cm.

Unaccompanied minors

Unaccompanied children - children aged 6 to 12 years flying without parents or guardians. The airline may accept unaccompanied children under 16 years of age on the flight upon agreement. Unaccompanied minor service is mandatory for this age group.

Infants

Infants are considered to be children under two years of age. Newborn infants less than seven days old may be transported provided the airline is not liable to the parents for the possible health consequences of the carriage of their child. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can buy a seat on the airplane for an infant at the infant fare.

Pets

Small cats, dogs, and pet birds can travel in the cabin if the total weight of the animal and the carrier does not exceed 8 kg. Each passenger is allowed one pet in the cabin. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers may not exceed a combined size of 115 cm and 20 cm in height. Pets that exceed the weight allowed for carriage in the cabin may instead be accepted for carriage as checked baggage in the cargo compartment. Two animals may be placed in one carrier if they weigh less than 14 kg each. In addition, three animals under six months of age may travel together as long as they do not exceed the weight limit.
