There is no online check-in for flights. Instead, all passengers are required to check in at the airport. Check-in at the airport for international Air Urga flights opens no later than 2 hours and closes no earlier than 40 minutes before departure. Check-in at the airport for domestic flights of airline opens no later than 90 minutes and closes no earlier than 30 minutes before departure time.

Check-in baggage allowance for the business class: one piece weighing up to 23 kg and measuring up to 158 cm in a total of three dimensions. Check-in baggage allowance for economy class: one piece weighing up to 15 kg and measuring up to 158 cm in total three dimensions. Cabin baggage allowance: one piece with dimensions of up to 55 x 35 x 25 cm and weighing up to 7 kg (Business class) and up to 5 kg (Economy class).
