Check in rules

Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Baggage must be checked in at the airport 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks close 45 minutes before departure. Passengers must be present at the boarding gate 30 minutes before departure.

Baggage

No more than three seats per passenger are allowed within the current "checked baggage allowance." The maximum total weight of all pieces may not exceed 120 pounds. Individual pieces must weigh no more than 50 pounds. Maximum outside linear dimensions may not exceed 62 inches or 158 cm (L+W+H).

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' accompaniment service is compulsory for children 5-11 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked on the request of parents.

Infants

Infants are clients under the age of 24 months. Infants can travel for free, provided they are on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can buy a seat on the airplane for an infant at the child's fare. If one adult and two infants are traveling, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap. Infants with a separate seat must be in a special seat.

Pets

Calm Air allows small pets such as dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, gerbils, guinea pigs, and hamsters to travel in the cabin. However, the number of pets accepted on a flight is limited. Requests to bring animals must be made at least 48 hours before travel. The pet kennel must not exceed 10" x 16" x 12", and the total weight of the pet and kennel must not exceed 20 pounds. Larger pets may travel in the luggage compartment.
