Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 5-12 years old. For children over 13 years old, juvenile escort service is not mandatory and can be booked at the request of parents. Unaccompanied minors ages 5-7 years old can only make connections to other Ravn Alaska-operated flights. Connections to Alaska Airlines, Horizon Air, or any other carrier are not permitted).

Infants

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly on the lap of an accompanying adult. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant and the other may be held on the lap.

Small pets are welcome in the cabin with Ravn Alaska. Up to 2 familiar pets of the same species and similar size may travel in the same carrier. Animals weighing under 149 lbs (67 kg) can be checked as baggage. Any animal weighing over 149 lbs (67 kg) or that does not fit in a 500-size kennel; spiders; large birds; chickens; wild animals; farm animals; pigs (pot bellies excluded); and amphibians can be shipped as cargo with the Ravn Alaska Cargo Department.
