Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Registration desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage. Hand baggage not exceeding 5 kg may be loaded onto the aircraft and its dimensions should not exceed 29X25X45 cm. The maximum weight of checked baggage is 23 kg, size up to 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Children younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. Infants under one – year – old should be registered as a one-year-old children. An electronic device, at the airport in Israel before boarding the flight. There are a maximum of 2 pets permitted on each flight with Bluebird Air. Small pets can travel in the cabin of Bluebird Air flights if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 8 kg. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm.
