Incheon International Airport is the airline's main hub. Air Seoul is a subsidiary of Asiana Airlines. The company flies to international destinations such as Cambodia, China, Guam, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Vietnam. In total, the company serves 20 routes. Check in rules

Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 30 minutes before departure (for domestic flights) and 1.5 hours before departure (for international flights). Check-in desks open two hours before departure and close 30 minutes before departure.

Baggage

One piece of carry-on baggage measuring no more than 115cm (A+B+C) and weighing less than 10kg. Maximum length per side 55cm x 40cm x 20cm. Checked baggage cannot exceed 203cm(A+B+C) in total dimensions and 15kg in weight.

Unaccompanied minors

Unaccompanied children between the ages of 5 and 12 are considered unaccompanied minors, and a special service for unaccompanied minors is available, for which a special fee is charged. A juvenile escort service can be requested for children between the ages of 12 and 16.

Infants

This service is for passengers traveling with infants between the ages of 7 days and 24 months old. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. The cost of international flights is 10% of the regular adult fare. If one adult travels with two infants, a child ticket must be purchased for one of the infants.

Pets

Small dogs, cats, and household birds can be transported in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 7 kg. For pets traveling in the cabin, the maximum combined dimensions of carriers cannot exceed 115 cm. Pets who exceed the weight restrictions to travel in the cabin may be transported as checked baggage instead. For pets traveling as checked baggage, the sum of three sides of the carrier cannot exceed 285 cm, and a height of 84 cm.
