Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure. Neos Air online check-in is available from 24 to 3 hours before scheduled flight departure. Neos Air online check-in is available only for flights departing from Milan-Malpensa, Bologna, Verona, Rome-Fiumicino, Bergamo, Cagliari, Catania, Ibiza, Palma di Mallorca, Menorca, Kos, Rodi, Carfotos, Crete, Mykonos, Santorini, Skiathos. , Sal, Boa Vista, Tenerife, Lanzarote, Las Palmas, Fuerteventura and Tel Aviv.

The airline allows its passengers to take one piece of hand luggage weighing not more than 5 kg and with luggage dimensions of 55x40x20 cm. For each passenger, the weight limit of the checked-in baggage is 15kg for short and medium-haul flights, 20kg for long-haul flights in Economy Class, and 30kg for long-haul flights in Economy Premium Class.

Children over the age of four can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 4-13 years old. For children, over 14 years old a minor escort service is not compulsory and can be booked at the request of parents.

Infants are passengers under the age of 24 months. Infants do not have a separate seat and must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Children under two years of age are considered infants. Children younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight.

Neos Air welcomes small pets (dogs, cats, and ferrets) to travel in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 10 kg. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed 48 cm x 35 cm x 29 cm. All the other species, such as wild animals, reptiles, and rodents must be transported as cargo or if the pet and carrier exceeds 10 kg. Carriers can be hard or soft with a waterproof bottom and proper ventilation. For pets traveling in the hold, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 100 cm x 85 cm x 75 cm.
