Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online registration begins 24 hours before departure and ends 40 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 40 minutes before departure.

Baggage

Anything larger than hand baggage (56 x 45 x 25 cm) must be checked in as checked baggage. One piece of carry-on baggage per person. This means one briefcase, handbag, backpack, suit or dress bag, etc., not exceeding 5 kg. You must be able to stow and retrieve the item yourself in the luggage racks, and it does not exceed 56 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm and can be carried in the cabin (restrictions apply, see below for details).

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of five can travel alone. The airline provides an escort service for minors. Unaccompanied children between the ages of 5 and 12 are eligible for the unaccompanied minors (UMNR) fare.

Infants

No more than two infants (children under two years of age on the date of travel) are allowed per accompanying adult. Children or infants who are ill or chronically ill will need a doctor's certificate confirming that they can fly. Sick children and infants will not be allowed to fly without proper documentation.
