Check-in online 48 hours before your scheduled departure time and 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. Airport check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 55 x 40 x 20 cm, and weighing up to 5 kg. The maximum weight of checked baggage is 20 kg, up to 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

The Unaccompanied Minor service is mandatory for children between the ages of 5 and 11. The Unaccompanied Minor service can be provided for children aged 12 to 15 years at the request of their parents or guardians. The Unaccompanied Minor service must be booked and paid for in advance, as advance confirmation is required due to the limited number of unaccompanied minors per flight.

Infants under two years of age on the date of travel may fly on an adult's lap since a child ticket does not include a separate seat on the plane. If you wish, you can buy a seat on the plane for an infant at the infant fare. Adults may only accompany one infant.

Only dogs or cats are allowed in the cabin. The maximum size of the shipping container is 50x40x20 cm. The container together with the animal must weigh no more than 8 kg.
