The airline does not offer online check-in on its website. Instead, passengers must check in at the airport. The airline recommends that passengers arrive at the airport two hours before their scheduled departure time. Check-in desks close 60 minutes before departure.

Passengers can carry one piece of hand luggage, the dimensions of which (length + height + width) do not exceed 115 cm and the weight of which does not exceed 7 kg. Checked baggage allowance for passengers traveling to/from the United States, Canada, and some South and Central American countries: 2 pieces, maximum dimensions -157 cm (length + width + height), maximum weight - 32 kg. Passengers from other destinations are allowed 30 kg in Business Class and 20 kg in Economy Class.

Unaccompanied minors ages 5 to 12 can travel with EVA Air. EVA Air accepts a maximum of one unaccompanied minor aged between 8 and 12 in Business Class on each flight. The unaccompanied minors service is optional for children above 12 years of age and can be booked upon parental request.

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. The cost of flights is 10% of the regular adult fare. For example, one adult may travel with two infants. In this case, you need to buy one seat for one infant, and the other can be on the adult's lap.

Pets are not allowed in the cabin on Eva Air flights. However, pets are allowed in the cargo hold as checked baggage. For pets traveling in checked baggage, containers must be IATA-approved.
