Avelo Airlines (XP) fleet seat map(s)

Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Avelo does not provide a free baggage allowance. Hand luggage must be purchased as an addition. It must fit in the luggage compartment of the aircraft and be no larger than 24 x 16 x 10 inches. Checked baggage must also be purchased as an add-on. The maximum hand baggage weight is 50 pounds (22.5 kg) and the maximum size is 62 inches (length + width + depth).

Children over the age of 15 can travel alone. The airline does not provide an escort service for minors.

A child between 14 days old and two years old is considered an infant and may travel on a parent's lap. Each adult passenger may only carry one infant on their lap, subject to applicable fees. However, if there is a second infant, an additional seat must be purchased at full price, provided that the adult passenger has provided a certified car seat.

Avelo welcomes small pets to fly in the cabin if the pet is eight weeks old. Avelo permits transportation with hard walls no larger than 36 cm x 23 cm x 24 cm or soft containers that fit in the same space for pets traveling in the cabin. Avelo does not allow the carriage of large dogs as checked baggage or cargo on board.
