Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online registration begins 24 hours before departure and ends four hours before departure. Online check-in is permitted for passengers with e-tickets with confirmed flight reservations. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

The maximum weight of checked baggage is 20 kg for economy class and 30 kg for business class. For both classes the maximum hand baggage weight is 7 kg

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Children younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Also, premature babies are not allowed unless a special form shows a medical examination. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. For example, one adult may travel with two infants. In this case you need to buy one seat for one infant, and the other can be on the adult's lap.

A maximum of 2 pets are permitted on each flight with Nesma Airlines. Small cats and dogs can travel in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 7 kg. Each passenger is permitted to travel with one pet and one carrier. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 55 cm x 40 cm x 25 cm.
