Bamboo Airways (QH) seat maps

Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Hand luggage may not exceed the following size and weight limits: 115 centimeters (56 x 36 x 23 cm), including handles and wheels; 7 kg. Bamboo Airways' free checked and carry-on baggage policy depends on the fare purchased. Bamboo Plus: 1 piece, maximum weight 20 kg. Bamboo Business: 1 piece, maximum weight 30 kg. Maximum dimensions: 157 cm (length + width + height).

Unaccompanied Minor Service is offered for unaccompanied children between the ages of 6 and 14. The service must be booked at least 24 hours before the flight's departure time. Children under five years of age may not travel unaccompanied.

Children aged 14 days to 2 years (24 months) do not need a separate seat. Children may only be carried on your lap until at least 18 years old. Only one lap child per adult is allowed. If one adult travels with more than one infant under two years of age, a separate seat must be purchased for each additional infant.

The airline provides services for the carriage of pets in checked or carry-on baggage. Cats, dogs, and birds are allowed on the plane. No more than three pets per passenger may be carried in the cargo compartment. The total weight of pets and kennels may not exceed 32 kg. The sum of the three measurements of the kennel must not exceed 203 cm. No more than two animals per passenger may be carried in the cabin. The total weight of pets and kennels may not exceed 10 kg. Maximum dimensions allowed: 50cm (length) x 40cm (width) x 95cm (height).
