Lynx Air offers passengers the option of online check-in. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. The airline recommends arriving at airport check-in 90 minutes before the scheduled departure time and going through security control no later than 30 minutes before departure. Lynx Air closes check-in 45 minutes before departure, and passengers arriving at the gate 10 minutes before departure will be denied boarding.

Lynx Air allows all passengers to carry one piece of carry-on baggage. This must conform to the airline's size guidelines of 15 x 33 x 43 cm and is not limited by weight.
