Lynx Air offers passengers the option of online check-in. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. The airline recommends arriving at airport check-in 90 minutes before the scheduled departure time and going through security control no later than 30 minutes before departure. Lynx Air closes check-in 45 minutes before departure, and passengers arriving at the gate 10 minutes before departure will be denied boarding.

Lynx Air allows all passengers to carry one piece of carry-on baggage. This must conform to the airline's size guidelines of 15 x 33 x 43 cm and is not limited by weight. The airline does not offer checked baggage as standard for any ticket type. These suitcases must be smaller than the combined size of 158 cm and weigh no more than 23 kg.

Children over the age of 12 can travel alone. The airline does not provide an escort service for minors.

A child (under two years of age) may travel as an infant on your lap. Children younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. They can travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. One adult may travel with two infants. In this case you need to buy one seat for one infant, and the other can be on the adult's lap.

Small pets may travel in the cabin if the total weight of the pet and the carrier does not exceed 8 kg. Pets weighing more than the weight allowed in the cabin may be accepted as checked baggage. For pets traveling in the cabin or as checked baggage, carriers must be no larger than 41 cm in length, 21.5 cm in height, and 25 cm in width.
