Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends two hours before departure. Check-in desks open two hours before departure and close 40 minutes before departure.

The airline allows its passengers to take one piece of hand luggage weighing no more than 7 kg (Economy Class) and 10 kg (Business Class) and with luggage dimensions of 45 cm x 33 cm x 20 cm. Passengers are allowed 30 kg in business class and 20 kg in economy class. Any baggage exceeding the check-in baggage allowance will be charged per kg.

Children over the age of 8 can travel alone. The airline provides an accompanying service for minors. The service is mandatory and available at the request of parents/guardians. Unaccompanied minors can only travel on direct non-stop flights. Unaccompanied minors are charged the full adult fare.

Infants are considered to be children under five years of age. On domestic flights, the passenger has the right to carry one child under the age of 5 free of charge without providing a separate seat. For the second, third, and more infants under the age of 5 and children aged 5 to 12, for safety reasons, a ticket must be issued with a separate seat for each child.

Pets are not allowed to be transported in the airline cabin. However, cats, dogs, and birds may fly as checked baggage. Animals must be at least eight weeks old to travel. It is allowed to carry two pets in one carrier if they weigh less than 14 kg each and are used to each other. For pets carried in checked baggage, carriers must comply with IATA regulations.
