Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 48 hours before departure and ends three hours before departure. Check-in counters open two hours before departure. Check-in desks close 30 minutes before departure for domestic flights and 45 minutes before departure for international flights.

All fares include carry-on baggage of 8 kg (the sizes 55cm x 40 cm x 20 cm should not be overexcited) and one small personal item or checked baggage of 15 kg or 23 kg. In addition, each fare has the option to add extra luggage or extra kilos to your existing luggage.

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 5-12 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked at the parents' request.

Infants are defined as children younger than two years of age. Infants may fly without a plane seat, namely on an accompanying adult's lap. Travel is permitted for children older than seven days. Infants less than seven days old are accepted only with a medical document and if it is more than two days after birth. You cannot travel with an infant (under two years old) during pregnancy. An adult cannot travel simultaneously with an infant (under two years old) and a child (under 12 years old).

Small cats and dogs can travel in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 8 kg. Dogs and cats too large to fit in the cabin may be accepted as checked baggage in the hold instead. The maximum weight is 25kg. For pets traveling in the cabin or hold, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm.
