Check in rules

Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Check-in counter are open 3 hours and 15 minutes prior to flight departure and closed 40 minutes before departure. Boarding gates are closed 20 minutes before departure. Online Check-in 2-36 hours prior to your flight’s departure time

Baggage

The airline allows one personal item (bag, briefcase, laptop bag) per passenger, one piece of hand baggage per passenger in economy class, and two parts for business class passengers free of charge. Cabin baggage may not exceed the following size and weight limits: 115 cm (56 x 36 x 23 cm), including handles and wheels, 7 kg. Economy class passengers can carry no more than 20 kg of checked baggage, and business class passengers no more than 30 kg of checked baggage. In addition, no piece of baggage may exceed 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

Unaccompanied minors

Minor accompanying service is available to accompany and assist passengers aged 6-14 years. Departing minors are accompanied from the agreed meeting points at the airport or in the parking lots to the check-in and boarding lounge. For children older than 14 years old the minors' accompanying service is not compulsory and can be booked on request of parents.

Infants

Children under two years do not require a separate seat for travel. Only one infant per adult is allowed per lap. If one adult is traveling with more than one infant under the age of two years, an "infant occupying seat" ticket must be purchased, and the infant occupying the seat must be at least six months old.

Pets

Pets may only be transported as checked baggage or registered cargo. Only guide animals are allowed in the passenger cabin. Pets are subject to the standard baggage fee, and pets cannot be included in the checked baggage allowance.
