Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Check-in counter are open 3 hours and 15 minutes prior to flight departure and closed 40 minutes before departure. The airline allows one personal item (bag, briefcase, laptop bag) per passenger, one piece of hand baggage per passenger in economy class, and two parts for business class passengers free of charge. Cabin baggage may not exceed the following size and weight limits: 115 cm (56 x 36 x 23 cm), including handles and wheels, 7 kg. Economy class passengers can carry no more than 20 kg of checked baggage, and business class passengers no more than 30 kg of checked baggage. Unaccompanied minors

Minor accompanying service is available to accompany and assist passengers aged 6-14 years. Departing minors are accompanied from the agreed meeting points at the airport or in the parking lots to the check-in and boarding lounge.
