Baggage

Economy Class passengers have a free carry-on baggage allowance of one carry-on bag not exceeding 8 kg on all routes. This bag must measure 55 cm x 40 cm x 23 cm. Business Class passengers are allowed two pieces of carry-on baggage free of charge, weighing not more than 10 kg on all routes. These bags must measure 55 cm x 40 cm x 23 cm. In addition, all passengers may bring on board one small personal item not exceeding 40 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm. Passengers who have booked an Economy Flex fare are not entitled to a free checked baggage allowance. Passengers who have booked any other Economy fare have a free baggage allowance of one checked baggage item with a maximum weight of 23kg. This bag must fit a total size of 158 cm.

Unaccompanied minors

Unaccompanied children between the ages of 5 and 11 are considered unaccompanied minors, and a special service for unaccompanied minors is available, for which a special fee is charged. Escort service for minors can be requested for children aged 12 to 15 years old.

Infants

Infants are customers under the age of 24 months. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can buy a seat on the airplane for an infant at the infant fare. An adult may carry a maximum of 2 infants on the flight if the applicable child fare is paid for at least one of the infants.

Pets

The airline allows passengers to bring small pets (cats, dogs, rabbits, and rodents) into the cabin on some flights. Pets and carriers must weigh less than 8 kg to be accepted on board. Soft pet carriers can have similar dimensions as regular carry-on baggage for pets traveling in the cabin. However, the maximum dimensions should not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm. Animals can also be transported as checked baggage in the hold. Pets weighing over 40 kg must be transported in a strong transportation box in the hold. Pets are charged different rates depending on your destination. The maximum dimensions for a hard case are 35 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm.
