The airline offers several options for check-in: at the airport: check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 1 hour before departure for economy class and 45 minutes before departure for business class; city check-in (UAE only); online check-in.

Baggage

The maximum allowed weight per piece of luggage is 32 kg, and its dimensions are 160 cm. Free hand luggage of up to 10 kg. Dimensions should not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm together with the handle, pockets and wheels. Passengers with infants (up to two years old) are allowed to carry additionally one standard-sized bag as hand baggage.

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of 12 are allowed to travel unaccompanied. If the child is under 12 years of age, he/she must be accompanied by another passenger over the age of 16.

Infants

At the time of travel, the child must be between 15 days and 2 years of age. For safety reasons, every child under 2 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Cradles, if available, are only provided for passengers occupying the first row of seats. The number of cradles is limited.

Pets

Carriage of animals and pets in the cabin is allowed only for falcons. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight. The fee for falcons is three times the normal excess baggage rate. More than one falcon per conductor requires additional seats to be reserved.
