You can check in through the Czech Airlines website or mobile app from 36 to 1 hour before departure. Check-in counters at the airport open at least two hours in advance for long-haul and medium-haul flights and at least one hour in advance for short-haul flights. You can also check in at self-service kiosks.

Baggage

Hand baggage and personal items may be carried in the cabin. Cabin baggage may not exceed eight kilograms and be larger than 55 x 45 x 25 cm. The weight of a personal item may not exceed 3 kg and the size may not be larger than 40 x 30 x 15 cm. Checked-in baggage may not exceed 23 kg (economy class), 32 kg (business class). The luggage size may not exceed 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

Unaccompanied minors

Children 12 years of age or older may travel alone on Czech Airlines flights unaccompanied by an adult. The only exceptions are countries where the legal age limit is higher. Children under six years of age may not travel alone. Unaccompanied minors between the ages of 6 and 17 may travel alone on Czech Airlines flights. Infants

Babies are considered to be children under two years of age. Infants may travel: on an adult's lap; in their own seat in an airline-approved car seat; in a crib with a capacity of 11 kg/capacity and measuring 75 x 34 x 22 cm (but only in Airbus A319/A330 Business class and Airbus A330 Economy class). Children traveling on an adult's lap are usually charged only 10% of the regular fare. Children with reserved seats generally pay 75% of the standard fare.

Pets

In the passenger cabin it is allowed to transport only cats and dogs under the following conditions: animals are placed in a transport box with a firm and impermeable bottom; the maximum size of the box does not exceed 43 x 30 x 27 cm (length, width, height); its maximum weight, including the animal, does not exceed 8 kg; the box is stored on board under the seat in front of the owner. Dogs and cats can also be transported in the cargo compartment of the aircraft. The maximum size of the crate does not exceed 130 x 69 x 80 cm (length, width, height), and its weight, including the animal, does not exceed 32 kg.
