Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open two hours before departure and close 40 minutes before departure.

Economy Class passengers are allowed one piece of baggage with a maximum weight of 7 kg and dimensions not exceeding 55 x 35 x 16 cm. Business Class passengers may carry two pieces of baggage, each of which has the same size and weight requirements as Economy Class passengers. Passengers are entitled to the following free baggage allowances: economy class - 20 kg; business class - 30 kg; for frequent flyers - 40 kg.

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 5-12 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked on the request of parents. Please note the special requirements for Italian and Spanish nationals. An infant under two years of age traveling on an adult's lap only has to pay 10% of the adult's fare. Discounts are not available for infants traveling in business class. If one adult travels with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one child, and the other may be held on the lap.

Luxair only allows three pets in the cabin and 2 in the hold on most of their flights. Small dogs and cats can travel in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 8 kg. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 45 cm x 23 cm x 25 cm or 145 cm x 42 cm x 20 cm.
