Registration can be done online (via the ITA Airways website or mobile app) or at the airport. Check-in desks open three hours before ITA Airways departure and close 40 minutes before departure. Online check-in is available 48 hours before your flight's departure time. For flights to/from the U.S., online check-in is only available 24 hours before your flight's departure time.

ITA Airways Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 55 cm x 35 m x 25 cm, and weighing up to 8 kg. Maximum weight of checked baggage is 23 kg, size up to 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

For children 5-14 years old (on ITA Airways domestic flights) and 5-15 years old (on ITA Airways international flights) a Minor Escort service is mandatory. For children, over 15 years old, a minor escort is not obligatory and can be requested by parents.
