Unaccompanied minors

Escort service is compulsory for minors aged 5 to 11 years (inclusive) on domestic flights and up to 14 years (inclusive) on international flights. Infants

Minors under 2 years of age on the date of travel must travel in the same seat as the accompanying adult. Infants (under 2 years of age) are entitled to 1 piece of hand baggage weighing 10 kg. In addition they can check 1 piece of 10 kg baggage in the baggage compartment provided that the adult has purchased a fare which includes checked baggage. Each adult may travel with a maximum of two children under the age of 2 years.

Pets

On short- and medium-haul flights: dogs, cats, small birds (except birds of prey), fish, aquarium turtles, and some rodents (hamsters, guinea pigs, small rabbits) are allowed. On long-haul flights only dogs and cats are allowed. The maximum number of animals allowed in one container is 3, provided that they are of the same species and do not exceed the permitted size/weight limits.
