Materials, service, silence

Terrible, truly terrible business chairs, narrow as beds and lacking a comfortable position in chaise longue mode. The old Poltrona Frau 330-200 chairs are a thousand times more comfortable, not to mention the 350 ITA ones, perhaps the best on the market.

Full flat seat

To much noise from kitchen, attendants talking so much during the flight, and a door they use, right in front of the seat. hard to sleep.

New materials. Onboard lighting.

The most uncomfortable business class I've ever seen. A real flop. Unfortunately, they've just been launched, and I imagine we'll have to put up with them for years. Personally, I'll look for other solutions so I don't have to fly in the worst-projected seats on the market anymore.
