Registration Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure. Online check-in/seat selection service is available 48 hours in advance and ends 5 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Cabin baggage allowance: 1 piece up to 10 kg, dimensions up to 55*40*20 cm. Fare conditions define free baggage allowance. Passengers flying together (applies to family members, persons traveling together, or traveling on business) on the same flight to the same airport are allowed to combine baggage weight.

Children over the age of five can travel alone. For children 5-11 years old, a minors' escort service is compulsory. For children over the age of 12 years old the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked on request of parents.

One child under the age of two years is carried accompanied by an adult passenger on domestic trips free of charge, on international trips - with a discount of ninety percent of the standard and special fare. Passengers with infants in the first seven days of life are recommended to have a doctor's recommendation confirming the possibility of the flight for a newborn baby. After that, premature babies can be carried only with a medical certificate confirming that it is safe for the baby to travel by air.

The airline allows the carriage of pets in the cabin. The carrier together with the pet must not weigh more than 10 kg, its size must not exceed 55x40x20 cm. Carriage of animals over 10 kg is not allowed.
