Online check-in is available for domestic flights from 24 hours to 30 minutes before departure, and for international flights from 48 hours to 1 hour before departure. (U.S. destinations (including Saipan) 24 hours before departure). Airport check-in begins 3 hours before departure.

The luggage size limit is 158 cm (length+width+height). Weight limits: for business class - not more than 32 kg (for two pieces of luggage); for economy class - not more than 23 kg (for two pieces of luggage). If traveling with children/infants, one of the following may be added: portable stroller, walker, car seat, or bassinet. It allowed carry-on baggage dimensions: up to 10 kg, the sum of three sizes up to 115 cm (including handle and wheels).

Service of minor children's companion is available for: international flights - 5-11 years old, domestic flights - 5-12 years old. Reservations for children/infants can only be made on the company website or mobile platform when purchasing a parent or adult ticket for 18 years or older. Children over the age of 12 can travel on their own.

The infant is defined as a child from 7 days old to 2 years old. Infants fly free on domestic flights and pay 10% of the adult fare on international flights. Infants will not be provided a separate seat (however, a seat will be provided when paying for a child ticket). Passengers traveling with two infants must purchase a child ticket for one of the infants, and a seat will be provided for the infant at the fare paid.

Small dogs, cats, and birds can join their owners in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 7 kg. Pets under eight weeks old and animals that are tranquilized won't be allowed to travel. Animals who exceed the limit to travel in the cabin may be accepted for transport as checked baggage instead. The maximum combined weight for pets and carriers traveling in the hold with Air Busan is 32 kg.
