Check-in for Loong Air flights must be done at the airport. Airport check-in can be completed by visiting the designated Loong Air check-in location or boarding gate at the airport of departure. Loong Air airport check-in closes between45—30 minutes before flight departure time. Online check-in is unavailable on Loong Air flights.

Loong Air allows passengers to carry hand luggage in the cabin with a maximum weight of 5 kg and maximum dimensions of 20 x 40 x 55 cm. The free checked baggage allowance will depend on which class passengers are flying on their Loong Air flight. In Economy Class, Loong Air passengers are entitled to 20 kg of checked baggage, which is included in the ticket price. Loong Air passengers in Super Economy class are entitled to 30 kg of checked baggage, which is included in the ticket price.

The airline does not provide an accompanying service for minors

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly without a seat on the plane, on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant and the other may be held on the lap.

Airline does not allow pets to travel on board.
