Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 20 minutes before departure. Registration desks open three hours before departure and close 20 minutes before departure.

Cabin baggage may consist of one personal item (for example, a purse, camera, or umbrella), meeting the following conditions: maximum dimensions - 55 cm × 40 cm × 25 cm; weight not exceeding 10 kg per passenger. Up to 20 kg of baggage per passenger may be checked-in with maximum dimensions of up to 203 cm (sum of all dimensions). Baggage weighing more than 20 kg can be checked in at an excess baggage fee.

Children over the age of six can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 6-7 years old. For children 7-11 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be ordered at request of parents.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly without a seat on the airplane, that is, on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare (except for children under eight days old). Up to two children under three years of age may travel with each adult. However, a ticket must be purchased for one of the two children who will use a child seat for sitting on their own.

Pets are not permitted to travel in the cabin on flights with Star Flyer Airlines. Dogs, cats, and household birds are permitted to travel as checked baggage with Star Flyer. Carrier requirements: Small dimensions are 41 cm x 53 cm x 38 cm, medium dimensions are 51 cm x 69 cm x 47.5 cm; large dimensions are 61 cm x 91 cm x 66 cm.
