Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Registration desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

You may bring only bring 1 item of cabin baggage no more than 55x40x20 cm in size or 1 personal item no more than 40x30x15 cm in size on board the aircraft. The service is mandatory for children ages 7-12 traveling without an adult of at least 18. Children 13-18 do not have to travel as an unaccompanied minor, but cannot accompany children younger than 13.

Infant passengers are passengers between the ages of 0 and 24 months. Infants may fly without a seat on the plane. The infant must be on an adult's lap. If you wish, you can buy a seat on the airplane for an infant at the child's fare. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.

Pegas Fly allows four carriers with non-antagonistic pets or two carriers with antagonistic pets to travel on each flight. Dogs, cats, canaries, and shell parakeets are welcome to travel in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 8 kg. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed 20 cm x 60 cm x 35 cm.
