Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 12 hours before departure and ends 90 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open two hours before departure and close 30 minutes before departure.

Baggage

In the baggage compartment, the sum of the three dimensions (L+D+H) of your baggage may not exceed 158 cm, including pockets, wheels, and handles, for a maximum total weight of 20 kg. The size of your hand luggage must be no more than 22 x 34 x 48 cm with a maximum total weight of 7 kg.

Unaccompanied minors

Unaccompanied children between the ages of 5 and 11 are considered unaccompanied minors, and a special service for unaccompanied minors is available, for which a special fee is charged. A juvenile escort service can be requested for children between the ages of 12 and 16.

Infants are passengers under the age of 24 months. Children younger than ten days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. Instead, they may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. The cost on flights is 10% of the regular adult fare.
