The airline does not offer online check-in on its website. Passengers must check in at the airport. The airline recommends that passengers arrive at the airport two hours before their scheduled departure time.

The free baggage allowance is five kilograms per passenger. The hand luggage dimensions are 15x35x45 cm, weighing no more than 5 kg. The value of free baggage allowance is set by the Airline in kilograms, depending on the route of transportation, aircraft type, class of service, and paid fare. The amount is indicated in the air ticket (itinerary receipt).

The airline does not provide an escort service for minors.

Children under two years of age are carried only by an adult passenger on domestic trips free of charge, on international trips - at a discount of ninety percent of the normal or special fare. Other accompanying children under two years of age and children aged from two to twelve years are carried at a discount of fifty percent of the normal or special fare. It is not recommended to carry newborn infants younger than seven days old.

No more than two non-antagonistic animals are allowed in the passenger cabin on the same flight. Transportation of animals weighing more than 8 kg, including the weight of the cage in the passenger cabins, is not allowed, except for guide dogs accompanying passengers with reduced vision/hearing loss.
