Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends three hours before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 40 cm x 30 m x 20 cm and weighing up to 10 kg. The maximum weight of checked baggage is 23 kg. For each piece of luggage, the sum of 3 dimensions cannot exceed 203 cm.

Children aged 2 to 12 may travel unaccompanied on direct (nonstop) domestic flights. At the request of parents (legal representatives), the unaccompanied children service may be available for children over 12.

An adult passenger must always accompany infants less than two years of age. If an adult travels with more than one infant under two, one infant travels on the infant's lap, and the other infants are assigned separate seats. There is a limit of 10% (not more than 11 infants) of the total number of infants traveling on board the aircraft without separate seats.

Dogs accompanying visually impaired passengers are allowed for transportation in the passenger cabin: guide dogs accompanying passengers with visual impairment - free of charge in excess of the established norm of free baggage and without weight restrictions; dogs, cats, monkeys, songbirds (canaries, small parrots, etc.), whose weight together with the carrier/cage does not exceed 12 kg. It is not allowed to put two or more pets in one carrier. The sum of the three measurements of the cage/carrier carried in the passenger cabin may not exceed 115 cm.
