Passengers must be checked in at least 1 hour before the scheduled departure time. Passengers who have not checked in 30 minutes before the flight closes will not be permitted on board and will forfeit their fare. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure.

Carry-on baggage is limited to 4 kg in weight. Each customer occupying a paid seat is entitled to free baggage allowances: Northern Goldfield – 15 kg including cabin baggage; Kimberely Region 15 kg including cabin baggage. The total linear dimensions (i.e. Length plus Width plus Height) of any item of baggage must not exceed 158cm.

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 5-12 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked at the parents' request.

Infants are classified as children under 3 (not yet three years old). They must travel on the lap of a parent or guardian. A separate seat can be reserved for an infant two years or older. A separate adult must accompany each infant. Infants who do not occupy a seat travel free of charge and must be added to the reservation,

Pets are not permitted to travel in the cabin with Skippers Aviation. However, pets can travel as freight with Skippers Aviation if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 50 kg.
