Jin Air Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure. Online check-in closes 30 minutes before departure for Korean domestic flights or 90 minutes before departure for international flights. Online check-in is not available for Guam and America.

Jin Air Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 55 cm x 40 m x 20 cm, weighing up to 10 kg. Maximum checked baggage weight is 15 kg (for Domestic, South East Asia, Japan, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan), 20 kg (for China), 23 kg (for Guam), and two bags of 23 kg each. (for Honolulu); size up to 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

Infants

Infants are customers under the age of 24 months. Infants are not given a separate seat and must be accompanied by a guardian. The cost on international flights is 10% of the regular adult fare, and there is no charge on Korean domestic flights. If one adult travels with two infants, you must purchase a child ticket for one or more added infants.

Pets

Small dogs, cats, and birds can travel in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 5 kg. Each passenger is permitted to bring one pet on board with them. To qualify for travel as checked baggage, the combined weight of the pet and carrier should not exceed 45 kg. Therefore, each passenger can travel with two pets as checked baggage.
