The airline does not offer online check-in on its website. Instead, passengers must check in at the airport. The airline recommends that passengers arrive at the airport two hours before their scheduled departure time. Check-in desks close 30 minutes before departure.

Baggage

Passengers may take one piece of carry-on baggage measuring 56 cm + 36 cm + 23 cm and weighing no more than 10 kg or two pieces of carry-on baggage measuring 48 cm + 34 cm + 23 cm for a total weight of 14 kg. One piece of hand luggage may not weigh more than 10 kg. Checked-in baggage is limited to 10 kg per person.
