Online check-in opens 48 hours before departure & available up to 3 hours before departure. You can also check in at the airport. Check-in desks open 2 hours before departure.

Airline allow 1 bag + 1 handbag/laptop combined up to 10kg. Cabin baggage must be max dimensions 55 x 36 x 20cm. Hold luggage allowence: for Blue fly - 1 bag up to 23kg, for Blue plus - 2 bags up to 23kg.

Children aged 11 or under are unable to travel alone and will not be accepted for travel unaccompanied. A Youth is between 12 and up to 15 years old at the time of return travel and may travel alone, please see travelling unchaperoned below.

Children under two years of age are considered infants. If the infant is 2 years old at the time of travel, you will need to book a child fare. Passengers are asked to seek medical advice when traveling with an infant within 7 days of birth, we do not recommend traveling within 24 hours of birth.

Airline do not carry other animals, including domestic pets (dogs and cats) insects, reptiles, or any other form of livestock.
