Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online registration begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open two hours before departure and close 30 minutes before departure.

Baggage

Passengers traveling on TAG Airlines flights are allowed one small piece of carry-on baggage with a maximum weight of 4.5 kg and maximum dimensions of 42x24x24 cm. In addition, each passenger is allowed one piece of checked baggage with a maximum weight of 9 kg on domestic flights within Guatemala and a maximum weight limit of 16 kg on international flights.

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 5-12 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked on the request of parents.

Infants

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed to fly. Infants may fly without a seat on the plane. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one child and the other can be held on your lap.

The airline does not allow the transportation of animals.
