The airline does not offer online check-in on its website. Instead, passengers must check in at the airport. Check-in time for international flights is at least 3 hours before departure time, and for domestic flights, at least 2 hours before departure time. Check-in closing time is 40 minutes before departure time.

Baggage

Personal items of a passenger (briefcase, notebook, purse) weighing up to 5 kg and with dimensions not more than 50×40×20 cm are allowed as hand baggage. On domestic flights, 20 kg of luggage is allowed, including hand luggage, the number of seats is not limited, but one seat may not exceed 32 kg, size 100×50×50 cm. On international flights, the "piece concept" is used. In economy class, up to 25 kg free baggage allowance per 1 piece. In business class, "piece concept" is allowed for two seats 40 kg.

Infants

In the international carriage, an adult passenger is entitled to carry one child under two years of age for 10% of the fare, accompanied by an adult passenger, without providing a separate seat. In the domestic carriage, the passenger has the right to carry one child under five years old free of charge without providing a separate seat. For the carriage by one adult passenger of the second and subsequent children under five years old, 50% of the fare for an accompanying adult passenger with a separate seat is paid.
