Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open two hours before departure and close 40 minutes before departure.

Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 55 cm x 40 m x 20 cm, and weighing up to 10 kg. Maximum weight of checked baggage is 23 kg, size up to 203 cm (sum of all dimensions). Baggage allowance may be reduced or increased for certain destinations and flight periods.

The Unaccompanied Minor service applies to children aged 7 to 12 on all domestic direct scheduled flights operated by NordStar. If an unaccompanied child is carried, a fee of 70% of the basic economy class fare for children from 7 to 12 years old is charged.

An adult passenger accompanies one child under the age of 2 years. If a child under two years of age, at the request of the accompanying passenger, is provided with a separate seat, such child is carried at a discount of 50% of the normal or special fare.

Small pets may travel with passengers in the cabin of Nordstar flights. The total weight of the pet and its carrier must be less than 10 kg. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed a combined size of 115 cm. The carrier's height must not exceed 23 cm. If the weight of your bird and its carrier exceeds 10 kg, it may be transported in the hold, not in the cabin. The maximum weight of pets and carriers in the baggage compartment is 32 kg.
