Belavia is the national airline of Belarus, which was founded on March 5, 1996. The company has its main office in Minsk, Belarus. Belavia's main hub is Minsk National Airport. The airline operates flights on several routes between the Commonwealth of Independent States and some Middle Eastern destinations. The airline was banned on May 23, 2021 in the European Union, UK, Switzerland, Ukraine, and Serbia. The company has a fleet of 21 aircrafts. It allows it to fly to 26 destinations. Check in rules
Check-in at the airport begins two hours before departure and ends 40 minutes before departure. Also, having an e-ticket can check in at self-service kiosks and online. Online check-in begins 24 hours and ends 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Hand luggage may not exceed 10 kg and may not be larger than 55x40x25cm. Infants under two years old who do not occupy a separate seat in the cabin are entitled to carry only one piece of hand luggage weighing no more than 10 kg. In addition, passengers with children under two years of age may carry in the cabin, free of charge, baby food and baby items necessary for the care of a small child during the flight. Checked-in baggage may not exceed 32 kg and may not be larger than 158 cm by the sum of all dimensions.

Children aged from 5 to 11 years old inclusive can be transported as unaccompanied persons. In addition, at the request of parents, children between the ages of 12 and 15 years old inclusive may be accepted as unaccompanied persons for transportation. The fare for an unaccompanied child is the same as that for an adult passenger in the corresponding class of service.

Infants are defined as children under the age of two years. Infants are allowed to travel without a seat in the cabin, on the lap of an accompanying adult. However, if desired, you can purchase a seat for an infant at the child fare. Children over the age of two must have their seats in the cabin.

Brachycephalic animals are not allowed. Animals younger than three months old are not accepted. Transportation of animals (weight together with the container) is not included in the free baggage allowance. An animal's carriage in an aircraft's passenger cabin may be done as hand baggage (weight together with a container up to 8 kgs), as well as in a separate passenger seat (weight together with a container up to 23 kgs). When transporting an animal as hand baggage, a fee is charged for the animal's carriage in the aircraft's passenger cabin.
