Check in rules

Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 40 minutes before departure. Check-in can be made from 72 hours and up to 40 minutes before the flight departure time.

Baggage

Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage of a maximum size of 45cm x 35cm x 25cm (length, width, height) and weighing up to 10kg. The maximum weight of checked baggage is 23 kg, size up to 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

Unaccompanied minors

JetSMART Airlines does not have an "Unaccompanied Minor" service

Infants

Children under two years of age are considered infants and travel-free. Infants are not entitled to a separate seat and must travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. One adult may accompany only one infant.

Pets
