Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Passengers can take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 56 cm x 45 m x 25 cm, weighing up to 10 kg. The maximum weight of checked baggage on domestic flights is 23 kg (Economy class) and 30 kg (Business class), and on international flights, 40 kg (Economy class) and 50 kg (Business class).

Children over 11 years old can travel alone. The airline provides an accompanying service for minors. The service is compulsory and is provided at the request of parents/guardians

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. One adult may travel with two infants. In this case you need to buy one seat for one infant, and the other can be on the adult's lap.

Small pets are permitted to fly in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 5 kg. In addition, for pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 55 cm x 40 cm x 23 cm.
