The airline does not offer online check-in on its website. Passengers must check in at the airport. Passengers must check in at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Hand luggage may consist of no more than one small item other than a small purse (10x12x8 inches). The maximum hand baggage weight for the Dash 8 is 6 kg. The maximum weight of checked baggage is 23 kg, size up to 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 5-11 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked on the request of parents.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. Passengers under two years of age must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age, and this adult may only travel with one infant.

Live animals must be housed in approved hard-shell booths (not soft-shell booths/containers) and placed in the baggage compartment. Live animals are treated separately and are not part of paid excess baggage. The maximum allowed weight of the animal together with the container may not exceed 6 kg and the maximum size may not exceed 22.5 cm X 25 cm X 37.5 cm.
