Punctuality. Good service from the crew. Cleanliness. The seats, although they don't recline, are more comfortable than those of other airlines.

Lack of reclining seats, having only one class, on some flights the flight attendants reserve the front bathroom, and make passengers, like those in row 1, have to go to the bathrooms at the rear.
