Passengers can finish check-in by any of the below options: Mobile Check-in (App Check-in), Online Check-in, and Airport Check-in. Daallo Airlines online Check-in opens for 24 hours and closes 2 hours before scheduled flight departure time. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

For Economy Class: one or more checked bags (pieces). Total weight not to exceed 20kgs or as per extra baggage allowance allocated for a specific market. Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 55 cm x 38 m x 20 cm, and weighing up to 7 kg.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly without a seat on the plane. If you wish you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant and the other may be held on the lap.

Pets are not permitted to travel in the cabin on any Daalo flights. Pets can be transported as checked baggage with Daalo Airlines. Animals traveling in this manner will be charged an excess baggage fee depending on your travel route.
