Check in rules

Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure. Free online check-in in the period from 24 up to 1 hour before departure on flights where online check-in is allowed. Extra: free online check-in 48 hours before departure (74 hours for long-distance flights) is possible immediately after reserving a type of seat on flights where online check-in is allowed.

Each passenger is allowed to carry on one bag and one personal item such as a laptop bag, handbag, or briefcase. All carry-on bags must adhere to the following requirements: maximum dimensions of carry-on luggage is 45 x 35 x 20 cm; maximum weight of carry-on luggage is 5 kg.
