Air Greenland, a check-in must be completed one hour before departure. In Denmark, the airline recommends checking in three hours before departure due to a possible long wait in the security after hours. Check-in closes one hour before departure. After check-in, you must be at the airport at least 30 minutes before departure.

Baggage

For Economy class fare, passengers can take one piece of hand baggage; for Business class fare, passengers can take two pieces of hand baggage, provided that the total weight does not exceed 8 kg or the maximum dimensions are 55 x 40 x 23 cm. Maximum weight of checked-in baggage is 20kg (for Economy class) and 30kg (for Business class), size - up to 158cm (sum of all dimensions).

Infants

Kids under seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants under two years of age receive a 90% discount on the price of an adult ticket (in economy class, not in business class). A child is not assigned a separate seat and must sit on an adult's lap or a young person at least 15 years of age. The child will receive his or her own seatbelt and life vest.

Pets

Small dogs and cats can travel in the cabin on Air Greenland flights if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 8 kg. Animals who exceed the limits to travel in the cabin may be accepted for transport as checked baggage instead. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 55 cm x 40 cm x 23 cm. Carriers in the cabin should be soft and waterproof. For pets traveling as checked baggage, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 102 cm x 69 cm x 76 cm.
