Passengers must complete check-in by the deadline specified in their Riyadh Air booking (Order). Failure to check in or arrive at the boarding gate on time may result in denied boarding and removal of checked baggage, with the airline not responsible for any resulting costs or losses.

Baggage

Riyadh Air baggage allowance varies by cabin class, fare type, and route, with checked baggage included on most fares and higher fare classes offering larger allowances. Passengers may check multiple bags within their total allowance, but each individual bag must not exceed 32 kg or 300 cm total dimensions. Carry-on baggage is included and varies by cabin class, with one cabin bag plus one personal item permitted, subject to size and weight limits.

Unaccompanied minors

Riyadh Air offers a Young Solo Flyer (Unaccompanied Minor) service for children aged 5–15 years traveling alone. The service is mandatory and free for ages 5–11, and optional for ages 12–15 for an additional fee. The service includes assistance from check-in through arrival and must be booked at least 24 hours before departure.

Infants

Riyadh Air defines infants as children under 2 years of age, who must travel with an accompanying passenger aged 16 years or older, with one lap infant allowed per adult. Bassinets are available on most flights (subject to availability) for infants under 6 months and up to 11 kg. Each infant is entitled to 1 cabin bag up to 5 kg, 10 kg checked baggage, and one free stroller, carrycot, or pushchair.

Pets

Riyadh Air passengers traveling with a recognized service animal may be accommodated if they provide written confirmation from the appropriate authority that the animal has been trained to assist with their disability. Passengers are encouraged to notify the airline at the time of booking, although reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests made later.
