Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure. Free online check-in in the period from 24 up to 1 hour before departure on flights where online check-in is allowed. Extra: free online check-in 48 hours before departure (74 hours for long-distance flights) is possible immediately after reserving a type of seat on flights where online check-in is allowed.

Each passenger is allowed to carry on one bag and one personal item such as a laptop bag, handbag, or briefcase. All carry-on bags must adhere to the following requirements: maximum dimensions of carry-on luggage is 45 x 35 x 20 cm; maximum weight of carry-on luggage is 5 kg. The maximum weight of checked baggage allowance is 15 kg.

The minimum age for a child to travel alone is five years old and only if accompanied by a minor. The service is mandatory for children between the ages of 5 and 11. The service is not compulsory for children from 12 to 18 years old and can be applied for.

TUI fly will not accept newborn infants up to the age of 7 days. Also, because carriage is restricted to 10% of the seats per flight, passengers flying with an infant must notify TUI fly in advance. For children under the age of 2 years, which are considered infants, it is not required to reserve a seat. An infant is entitled to a seat only if you choose to book the infant as a child (no discount applies).

Only three pets are allowed in the cabin, and four as checked baggage on TUI fly Belgium flights. Each passenger is permitted to travel with one pet and carrier. Animals must be at least 12 weeks old to be accepted for transport in the cabin. Small dogs and cats can travel in the cabin if the combined weight with their carrier does not exceed 17 lbs (8 kg). For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the total combined dimensions of 115 cm. Larger dogs and cats can travel as checked baggage if they exceed 8 kg. Carriers must not exceed 121 cm x 81 cm x 88 cm for pets traveling as checked baggage.
